Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn't work out for you within 15 business days of receiving it, we would be happy to exchange it for something else or offer you store credit toward your next order once we receive and process your item(s). Any returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

To start an exchange, request store credit, or report a faulty/defective item, please send us an email at hello@ricevibrand.com within 15 business days of receiving your order. If 15 business days have gone by, we, unfortunately, cannot process your request.

Please note: All postage costs for returns & exchanges must be covered by the customer. Please do not mail us anything before first getting in touch at info@shopspeciallygifted.com.
